Just as an anchor at sea helps a boat gain stability and safety, so we each need our lives anchored. We find this in God’s written word to us:-
We have this hope as an anchor for our lives, safe and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain.
Hebrews 6:19
Dependence on Christ Jesus is our anchor. He is our hope. Troubles in life do come. God permits them for a reason. How do we respond?
